On this occasion let’s revise some idioms about sleep! :) 
Catch some Z's: To get some sleep.
Example: "I need to catch some Z's before the big presentation tomorrow."
Hit the hay: To go to bed or go to sleep.
Example: "It's been a long day; I'm ready to hit the hay."
Sleep like a log: To sleep very deeply and soundly.
Example: "After the hiking trip, I slept like a log."
Sleep on it: To take time to think about a decision before making it.
Example: "I'm not sure about this job offer; I need to sleep on it."
In the arms of Morpheus: In a state of deep sleep.
Example: "Once he hit the pillow, he was in the arms of Morpheus."
Cat nap: A short, light nap.
Example: "I'll just take a cat nap before starting my homework."
Sleep like a baby: To sleep very well, without disturbances.
Example: "After the stressful week, I finally slept like a baby."
Up with the larks: To wake up very early in the morning.
Example: "She's always up with the larks, starting her day at sunrise."
The land of Nod: A poetic term for the state of sleep.
Example: "After a long day, I'm heading to the land of Nod."
Burning the midnight oil: Staying up very late, especially to work or study.
Example: "I was burning the midnight oil to finish the project on time."
